Avalon Newhaven LLP has provided an update on the progress of the outline planning application to develop the mixed-use scheme on the Eastside site in Newhaven.
The Proposals
Avalon Newhaven LLP is working with Barratt Homes and ASDA to develop a masterplan to develop the Eastside site in Newhaven, bringing together residential, retail and commercial elements.
Our aim is to deliver a complete mixed-use development on the site that meets the needs of Newhaven now and in the future, and which will make a positive contribution to the economic and social vitality of the area. We know that any proposals have to be delivered in a sustainable way and contribute to Newhaven's vibrant community.
